Police were called to a Claremont Lane home in Woodbridge around 9:05 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, where Yosely Argueta's 2-year-old son briefly lost consciousness, Prince William County police said.
An investigation found the boy had been handling an object containing "illegal drug residue" used earlier in the day by Argueta, said police.
"The investigation is still active, but initial indications are that it was not fentanyl," police tell Daily Voice.
Argueta was charged with felony child neglect and held on secured $5,000 bond.
